Listening sessions for Hartford town manager search set for next week

WHITE RIVER JUNCTION — The Hartford Town Manager Search Committee will hold four community listening sessions next week to gather public input about what skills, attributes and qualifications to prioritize when considering candidates for the next town manager. 

The 10-member advisory committee has announced four sessions for town residents and stakeholders to share their opinions about what skills, characteristics and experience are important to being a successful municipal manager. 

The sessions are scheduled for the following dates: 

Monday, Apr. 24, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Bugbee Senior Center, 262 North Main St., White River Junction

Tuesday, Apr. 25,  6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Wilder Club and Library, 78 Norwich Ave.

Wednesday, Apr. 26, 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at Quechee Library, 1957 Quechee Main St.

Wednesday, Apr. 26, 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at West Hartford Library, 5133 Route 14

Each session will be in-person events. Virtual sessions and an on-line survey will be announced at a later date.
