WHITE RIVER JUNCTION — A tow truck clears a tractor trailer from the scene of a crash involving three tractor trailers in the southbound lane on Interstate 91 between exits 12 and 11 on Thursday.

No injuries were reported, and I-91 reopened to traffic at 1:15 p.m. after being closed for about two hours, Hartford Fire Department Captain William Laliberty said.
