Lebanon High’s Nordic skiing team usually has better luck holding snow on its Plainfield Elementary School course, but even the Raiders have been staring at barren land for most of the winter.

That was until Sunday’s healthy snowfall, which made Monday’s first outdoor workout of the season possible. Lebanon is scheduled to host its first race of the year on Saturday.
