During Memorial Day services on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, Frederick Stebbins, of Quechee, Vt., participates in a wreath laying ceremony at the Hartford Point Cemetery in White River Junction, Vt. Stebbins is a member of American Legion Post 26. After the ceremony, veterans went on to three other locations in Harford for other brief ceremonies.
